Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal joins Urban Company's board

Zomato Founder and CEO Deepinder Goyal has joined the board of online home services marketplace Urban Company as an independent director. The company has added three other members to its board, including McKinsey & Co's former partner Ireena Vittal, Helion Co-founder Ashish Gupta and PwC India's former Chairperson Shyamal Mukherjee. Founded in 2014, Urban Company entered unicorn club last year.
