Zomato Gold members can no longer expect on-time food delivery

Zomato has reportedly discontinued the 'on-time delivery guarantee' benefit under its paid loyalty program Zomato Gold. Existing members retain access till subscription renewal. While improving profitability, Zomato introduced the guarantee to retain users when relaunching Gold in 2023 after initial closure in 2022.
