Food delivery platform Zomato may acquire grocery startup Grofers in an all-stock deal valuing Grofers at $750 million, reports said on Tuesday. Zomato and Grofers recently partnered for delivery of essentials amid the lockdown. A Zomato spokesperson told IANS the two apps have partnered for delivery of essentials and added, "We are not aware of any other conversation with Grofers."
