Zomato-parent Eternal grants ₹167-crore ESOPs to employees

Zomato-parent Eternal on Wednesday said it has approved a fresh grant of ESOPs worth ₹167 crore to its employees. The fresh roll-out covers around 7,418,741 equity shares granted to eligible employees. Eternal launched its stock options plan in 2014 and renewed it in 2021 and 2024, with employee trusts now holding about 6% of all company shares through ESOPs.
