Zomato raises ₹8,500 crore via QIP at ₹252.62 per share

Zomato has raised ₹8,500 crore through a qualified institutional placement (QIP) wherein it allocated 33.65 crore equity shares at ₹252.62 per share. The issue price represents a 5% discount from the floor price of ₹265.91. Mutual funds including ICICI Prudential, Motilal Oswal and HDFC Mutual Fund were among the entities that participated in the QIP.
