Zomato is shutting down its customer support operations in Hyderabad, resulting in around 250 employees losing their jobs, reported The Economic Times. The decision comes as part of an internal restructuring strategy aimed at consolidating in-house support functions at the company headquarters in Gurugram. Affected employees will receive their August salary alongside four months of compensation.
