Zomato to grant 1.2 crore equity shares worth over ₹330 crore to employees

Food delivery platform Zomato will be granting nearly 1.2 crore equity shares to employees as part of employee stock option plan. At Friday's closing price of ₹275.20, the ESOPs will be worth over ₹330 crore. The stock options will be capable of being exercised within 10 years from vesting of options or 12 years from listing.
