Zomato user flags food delivery scam, CEO says 'Working to plug the loopholes'

Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal said he's "working to plug the loopholes" after a user flagged a scam. In a LinkedIn post, the user said food delivery executives are encouraging Zomato users to choose the cash-on-delivery option and pay a lot less than the actual bill amount. Executives keep the money collected and lie to Zomato that the food wasn't accepted.
