Zomato's ₹2.2 lakh Slovakia subsidiary starts liquidation process

Zomato's subsidiary in the Slovak Republic has initiated the process of liquidation, the food delivery startup said in an exchange filing. The subsidiary named Zomato Slovakia has zero turnover and a net worth of ₹2.2 lakh, Zomato said. The dissolution of Zomato Slovakia won't affect the revenue of Zomato, the filing stated.
