Zoom sued over privacy and security flaws by one of its shareholders

Video-calling platform Zoom has been sued by one of its shareholders, Michael Drieu, for not disclosing that its service was not end-to-end encrypted. Drieu also accused Zoom of not disclosing that it shared unauthorised personal information with Facebook. Zoom has lost nearly a third of its market value since touching record highs in late-March, closing down about 7.5% on Tuesday.
