ZPM to form government in Mizoram as it touches majority mark

The Zoram People's Movement will form a government in Mizoram as it won 21 seats, the majority mark, in the 40-seated state Assembly, according to EC data. The counting of votes began at 8 am on Monday. As trends showed ZPM's win, the party's chief Lalduhoma said he would meet the Governor in a day or two over forming government.
