Zubair booked for endangering unity of India: Officer tells HC

The offence of endangering the sovereignty, unity and integrity of India, under Section 152 of BNS has been included in FIR filed against Alt News cofounder Mohammed Zubair, the officer investigating the case told Allahabad High Court. FIR was lodged against Zubair for sharing an old video clip of Yati Narsinghanand allegedly with the intent to incite violence.
