Zuckerberg meets Trump after Meta stops fact-checking posts

Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg met with US President-elect Donald Trump on Friday at the latter's Mar-a-Lago resort, Semafor news website reported. Their meeting came in the week Meta announced the end of its third-party fact-checking programme and the company's diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programmes. In December last year, Meta donated $1 million to Trump's inauguration fund.
