Épée fencers Taniksha, Prachi record India's best-ever World C'ships finish

Indian Épée fencers Taniksha Khatri and Prachi Lohan concluded their individual campaigns at the Senior World Fencing Championships 2026 in Hong Kong. They became the first Indian women's Épée fencers to qualify for the Main Table of 64 at the Senior World Fencing Championships. Taniksha eventually finished 43rd, India's highest-ever individual ranking in the event, while Prachi finished 58th.
