₹100 bribe amount is too small: Bombay HC after acquitting medical officer

Bombay High Court, while acquitting a government medical officer in a corruption and bribery case, said an amount of ₹100 seems to be too small as a bribe in 2007 and more so now. The court termed it a trivial matter and upheld the trial court's order. A man had accused the officer of demanding ₹100 to certify his injuries.
