₹1,056-crore worth Yes Bank shares sold by Carlyle Group

US-based investment firm Carlyle Group on Thursday sold a 1.35% stake in Yes Bank through an open market transaction. An affiliate of the group sold 39 crore shares at an average price of ₹27.1, taking the total value of the transaction to ₹1,056.9 crore, as per BSE data. Meanwhile, Morgan Stanley Asia bought Yes Bank shares worth ₹830 crore.
