'Dirty' ₹38,000 shoes get sold out, criticised for mocking poverty

A pair of sneakers by Italian brand Golden Goose, with a tape sticking it together and 'dirt' on its side, that cost $530 (over ₹38,000) has been sold out. The sneakers were criticised online for mocking poverty. A user tweeted, "There are people...wearing plastic bags as shoes because they can't afford any but these HIDEOUS things are selling for $500."
