₹60kcr, ₹70kcr or more? Cost of 6 Congress guarantees in Telangana

Now that the Assembly elections are over, the Revanth Reddy-led Telangana government must start augmenting revenues to implement the Congress' six guarantees. A modest ballpark figure suggests the cost of the promises will be somewhere between ₹60,000-₹70,000 crore. However, some estimates put it as high as ₹1.5 lakh crore. It all depends on the eligibility criteria.
