Thirteen crew members were rescued from a cargo ship that sank off coast of southwestern Japan. Planes, ships, including private vessels were deployed which are searching for the remaining nine crew members. The 6,651-tonne vessel, registered in Hong Kong, issued a distress call on Tuesday. All 22 crew members, from China or Myanmar, had transferred to lifeboats.
