Seventeen people have been booked for allegedly harassing and ragging a post-graduate student of Mumbai's Seth GS Medical College and KEM Hospital belonging to the SC community on various occasions in last three years. The complainant has alleged that his hostel roommates and other college students would threaten, verbally abuse and hurl casteist slurs at him in hostel wardens' presence.
