Two people were arrested and a police officer has been suspended in connection with the murder of Trinamool Congress MLA Satyajit Biswas in West Bengal, police said on Sunday. "Another person has been detained for questioning," a police officer added. Biswas, an MLA from Krishnaganj was shot dead by unidentified assailants while walking down from a stage on Saturday.
