Two police officers helped a woman deliver a baby boy on the roadside in Punjab's Dharamkot after she and her husband found the government primary health centre closed and were turned away by two private hospitals. The officers, who were on night duty, said they arranged two benches for the woman and called a nurse who was their acquaintance.
