After a TikTok video of two people throwing a dog into a pond after tying it surfaced online, PETA India announced a reward of up to ₹50,000 to identify them. "Informers' identities will be kept confidential upon request," PETA said. "As psychologists well know, violent people often start by abusing animals and then move on to target humans," PETA added.
