At least 24 people, including 12 members of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps were killed on Saturday after gunmen attacked a military parade in the town of Ahvaz, the state media reported. The annual parade was held to commemorate the start of Iran's 1980-88 war with Iraq. An anti-government Arab group, the Ahvaz National Resistance, claimed responsibility for the attack.
