Three members of a family, including a 10-year-old, were killed after a water tanker collided against their scooter at Bhatpada in Virar. The tanker driver fled after abandoning the vehicle. Yogesh Madhavi (32) was riding the scooter. His mother and daughter were riding pillion without helmets when the tanker dashed against their scooter.
