Delhi Police on Tuesday arrested a 21-year-old man who had illegally stored 470 kilograms of firecrackers in a godown in Sadar Bazar. He was planning to sell them for a huge profit ahead of Diwali, police said. Delhi Pollution Control Committee in September had ordered a complete ban on the sale and bursting of firecrackers ahead of Diwali.
