Punjab Congress chief Captain Amarinder Singh has promised the youth of Punjab that he will distribute 50 lakh smartphones with one year of free data and calling if he is elected to power. He further promised that those who will register themselves for the smartphones will get them within 100 days of the formation of Congress government in Punjab.
