Karnataka police have booked a case under Section 14 of the Foreigners Act, 1946 against eight people from Kyrgyzstan for violating visa rules, said Bidar Superintendent of Police Nagesh DL on Tuesday. "They had come here on a tourist visa but they are reported to be engaged in religious activities here," said Nagesh DL.
