Delhi's Patiala House Court on Monday granted regular bail to Dubai-based businessman Rajiv Saxena, a key accused in the ₹3,600-crore AgustaWestland scam. Saxena had sought bail on medical grounds, claiming that he was suffering from a "heart disease" and "advanced-stage leukaemia" (blood cancer). He was extradited from the UAE to India on January 30.
