Palo Alto and Mumbai-based AI customer support service startup Uniphore has raised $51 million in a Series C funding round led by March Capital Partners. The funding round saw participation from Chiratae Ventures, Sistema Asia, CXO Fund and Patni Family, among others. Founded by Ravi Saraogi and Umesh Sachdev, Uniphore develops solutions in speech analytics and virtual assistant verticals.
