Analytics firm OpenSignal called Airtel the "operator to beat" in its Mobile Network Experience Report for September 2020. Airtel led on four key metrics including India's first-ever Games Experience award, the report revealed. It also won the Voice App Experience & Video Experience awards and retained the top spot on Download Speed Experience for the sixth consecutive time, OpenSignal added.
