Airtel on Monday allegedly assigned a representative named Gaganjot after a user requested for a "Hindu representative" saying she had 'no faith in the work ethic' of Shoaib, a Muslim representative handling her complaint. Airtel later said it does not differentiate anyone based on religion, adding, "Both Shoaib and Gaganjot are part of our customer resolution team."
