A former Amazon employee, Nishad Kunju, in India was charged by the US with taking over ₹73 lakh in bribes to give select merchants an advantage over competitors. Along with Kunju, five other people in the US have been indicted as well. They were charged with conspiracy to use a communication facility to commit commercial bribery, among other things.
