P Venkata Kumari, wife of Andhra Pradesh minister Prathipati Pulla Rao, created a ruckus at a toll plaza in Telangana's Nalgonda on Hyderabad-Guntur highway on Friday over payment of ₹56. A video of Kumari went viral, wherein she can be seen telling a toll employee that she's the wife of a minister. Kumari later paid to cross the toll plaza.
