After several users complained of 'popping' noises coming from speakers on the new 16-inch MacBook Pro, Apple has acknowledged the issue in a memo sent to service providers and obtained by MacRumors. Apple advised the centres to not replace affected computers or set up service appointments as the issue was software-related. The bug will be fixed in future software updates.
