An Army Major has been booked for allegedly subjecting his wife to domestic abuse and demanding dowry of at least ₹25 lakh, the Delhi Police said on Thursday. His wife has claimed her in-laws threatened to murder her family if she did not divorce him. She had met her husband in 2016 and had married him against their families' wishes.
