Former Sri Lanka off-spinner Muttiah Muralitharan has said Ravichandran Ashwin is still the best off-spinner in the world. On being asked about Ravi Shastri's remark that Chinaman Kuldeep Yadav is India's number one overseas spinner, Muralitharan said, "Kuldeep has been bowling really well, but it's not for me to comment whether he should be India's number one spinner or Ashwin."
