Switzerland-based researchers have made bacteria-inspired microrobots which can adapt to its surroundings. The microrobots are highly flexible, biocompatible and can pass through narrow blood vessels and intricate systems without compromising on speed or manoeuvrability, researchers revealed. They contain magnetic nanoparticles, allowing them to be controlled via an electromagnetic field.
