Workers at Bajaj Auto have demanded the closure of its Waluj plant in Maharashtra for 10-15 days. This comes after 250 employees tested COVID-19 positive, an official overseeing the plant said. Earlier, Bajaj told its employees that those who don't come to work won't be paid. On June 26, Bajaj had said 140 of its 8,000 employees tested COVID-19 positive.
