Australian tennis player Bernard Tomic's father John Tomic has planned to take legal action against Australian Davis Cup team captain Lleyton Hewitt over an incident he claimed occurred in 2010 when Bernard was a Davis Cup debutant. John said that the incident left the then 17-year-old Bernard traumatised. "We will prove that Bernard has trauma from 2010," John said.
