A Supreme Court bench while expressing despair over the lack of pollution control measures in Delhi said that the national capital has become a "gas chamber" with "so much pollution and traffic congestion in the morning and evening". Meanwhile, Justice Arun Mishra said, "It is better not to be in Delhi. I do not wish to settle in Delhi."
