Following Haryana minister Anil Vij testing Covid-19 positive after receiving the first dose as part of Bharat Biotech's Covid-19 vaccine trial, the company said the trial is based on a two-dose schedule, given 28 days apart. "The vaccine efficacy will be determined 14 days post the second dose," it said. Bharat Biotech added that 50% of participants receive a placebo.
