Activist Anand Teltumbde, an accused in the Bhima-Koregaon case, on Monday moved the Bombay High Court seeking anticipatory bail. This comes after Teltumbde was arrested on Saturday after a Pune sessions court rejected his anticipatory bail plea. However, the sessions court later ordered his release, terming the arrest "illegal" since Teltumbde was given interim protection till February 11.
