The staff at Darbhanga Medical College & Hospital in Bihar plastered the right hand of a seven-year-old boy who had fractured his left hand. The boy said, "I tried telling them while they were giving me the treatment but they didn't listen to me." His mother said, "This is utter negligence. We were not even provided with a single tablet."
