A man was arrested for posting an obscene tweet against Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra in Bihar's Katihar, police said. The Bihar Police cyber cell had received an emailed complaint from a social activist about a tweet that carried a morphed image of Vadra, police added. The cyber cell traced the man and arrested him later, police said.
