Election Commission issued a notice to Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga, BJP's candidate from Delhi's Hari Nagar constituency, over his campaign song "Bagga Bagga Har Jagah". "You (Bagga) are directed to state why expenditure on the song should not be...added to your election expense," the EC notice read. Bagga has claimed the song was released before he had filed his nomination.
