Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman didn't order the killing of journalist Jamal Khashoggi and blaming him would be crossing "a red line", Saudi Foreign Minister Ahmed Al-Jubeir said. His warning came after a report claimed that before Khashoggi's murder, the Crown Prince had said he would use "a bullet" on the journalist, who was a critic of the government.
