The body recovered from plane wreckage in English Channel was on Thursday formally identified as Cardiff City's 28-year-old Argentine footballer Emiliano Sala, police said. It was recovered late on Wednesday after the wreckage was found on Sunday. The aircraft, carrying Sala and pilot David Ibbotson, had vanished on January 21, while on the way from France's Nantes to Wales' Cardiff.
