Auto parts maker Bosch on Tuesday said it began restructuring its operations in India to remain competitive in the market amid slowdown in the auto sector. It has set up a provision of ₹82 crore towards restructuring, reskilling and "manpower adjustments". Bosch's Q1 net profits fell 35% to ₹280 crore in June 2019 compared to ₹431 crore in June 2018.
