Can drinking vinegar really lower blood sugar levels?

Research suggests that acetic acid in vinegar may improve insulin sensitivity and reduce postprandial glucose responses in some individuals. However, evidence remains insufficient to support vinegar as a standalone treatment for diabetes. The reality is less dramatic: vinegar may help a little, but it's far from a miracle remedy.
